In 1941, number of Sd.Kfz.10 haltracks was mounted with 50mm Pak 38 L/60 guns to create light self-propelled anti-tank guns. The vehicle was a standard Sd.Kfz.10 mounted with complete gun with its wheels removed. Armor plates were added to provide additional protection for the driver’s cab and the engine. All were issued to Waffen SS units and served on the Eastern Front.
