Military-Historical Museum in Sofia, Bulgaria

Military-Historical Museum in Sofia has some tanks and other vehicles that were used by both the Wehrmacht and the Bulgarian Army in WWII.The old building of the museum was demolished about 15 years ago. A new, modern and bigger one was started and never finished till now. There is lack of funds to complete the construction,which was abandoned 10 years ago. Now the museum is in few small buildings in the front side of the yard. The new, abandoned building is in the backyard. The vehicles are around it. As you can see, they suffered much during the years.

As of 2004, new building was completed and houses 3 expositions. All vehicles were cleaned up, repainted and moved into new locations.
